Description

We will spend a day on my boat around the Venetian lagoon. You will learn the basics of sailing and we will cook an Italian sea food lunch on board. In particular, we will sail around the uninhabited islands of Poveglia (the ghost's island ) and Pellestrina (far from the mass tourist routes) - you will be able to talk with the local fisherman! We'll see the Burano island from the boat and to stop to take a walk trhough the colorfoul houses and bridges, depending by the wind we will have a sightseeing to San Marco and San Giorgio island instead of Burano. During the first half an hour, I will instruct you on the basics of sailing and give you the necessary notions for safety on board. During the navigation you will live the experience of a crew, alternating during the sail, and you will learn how to exploit the wind with brief practical and theoretical explanations. Pickup point could be different from the boat location depending by the mooring availability.
