Description
Located on the top floor of a 16th-century Venetian palace, the cooking class offers views of a quiet canal and daily Venetian life. Led by one of the family chefs—Nicolò, Tommaso, or Anthea—guests cook in pairs at dedicated stations, embracing a brigade-style teamwork approach that also reduces food waste.
You will prepare fresh pasta dough and traditional tiramisù from scratch, focusing on cold preparations. Cooking and sauce-making are managed by the chefs to ensure optimal results, but you can observe and join them in the kitchen to learn their techniques and secrets.
The recipes are inspired by Venetian tradition and seasonal ingredients. The experience includes welcome snacks, one bottle of wine per three guests, two fresh pasta recipes, tiramisù, olive oil tasting with homemade focaccia, mineral water, espresso, a limoncello shot, and digital recipe materials.
The class consists of a dynamic cooking session followed by a relaxed, family-style meal where you enjoy the dishes prepared. It concludes with espresso, homemade limoncello, and a small farewell gift.
