Start your day by visiting a local market with your Cesarina, learning how to select the freshest ingredients typical of Venetian cuisine. Following the market tour, participate in a cooking class at your Cesarina’s home where you will prepare three authentic local recipes.
The workshop includes a fully equipped workstation with all necessary utensils and fresh ingredients. As you cook, your Cesarina will share insider tips and cooking techniques passed down through generations. The class concludes with a tasting session of the dishes you prepared, complemented by local wines.
This experience offers both cultural immersion and practical skills you can take home, enhancing your appreciation of Italian culinary traditions.
