Experience authentic Venetian culinary traditions on Giudecca Island, an area known for its orchards and gardens and a historic refuge for Venetian nobility during warmer months. Your host welcomes you in a colorful kitchen with a glass of Prosecco before distributing aprons to begin preparing fresh pasta dough.
Under expert guidance, you will shape the dough into traditional forms of pasta fresca and prepare complementary sauces. The meal continues with a baked vegetable and fruit dish, the host’s original signature recipe.
End the cooking session by preparing classic Italian desserts: traditional Tiramisu and gelato. After cooking, choose a chair in your favorite color to enjoy the meal you prepared accompanied by local wines or water, followed by a classic Italian coffee.
