I visited this spa for a de stress massage session. I absolutely recommend it - especially, I recommend to book an appointment with Rebecca. She is very kind, attentive and an amazing professional. She gave me full body massage with attention to my neck and head, too

My partner and I booked a couples massage along with the Vita Spa Exclusivity package. The facilities were very nice, clean, and welcoming. Parsa, who was both the receptionist and my massage therapist (which felt a bit unusual), was very friendly and genuinely tried his best to make my experience enjoyable. He was attentive and pleasant throughout the session. However, while Parsa was great as a person, the massage itself did not feel particularly professional. My partner’s experience was unfortunately much worse. He was assigned a female therapist, and it was clear that massage therapy is not her profession or area of expertise. The massage was extremely weak and lacked technique. As he described it, “It felt more like she was petting me than giving a massage.” Overall, the experience did not feel worth the money we paid. We both left feeling disappointed, especially considering the premium pricing and our expectations. I would like to emphasize again that Parsa was a genuinely nice guy, and we have no complaints about him personally. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because of his kindness and effort. Without him, this review would have been a 1-star rating.
I really loved my de-stress massage with Michelle. Her movements were soothing, and the transitions flowed seamlessly. The whole experience felt calming and intentional, and I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.
