Probably the only rating so far that checks on all 5 starts for all categories. I know its a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The staff is the best I have come across all my travels so far. So humble, so joyful, always excited to help and support, be it at reception, at breakfast, etc. Right close to the train station. Waking up to the beautiful canal view that gives you a picture of Venice life from your window in a nutshell. Wow.. After those cramped hotels in other parts of Europe, closing our holiday here was the best decision
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Antiche Figure. The location was perfect, right on the Grand Canal but just far enough from the busiest tourist areas that it felt peaceful at the end of the day. One of our favorite things was simply sitting outside and watching the boats, vaporettos, and gondolas go by. There was always something happening on the water. The staff made the stay even better. Everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. It felt like they truly cared that guests had a great experience. Our room was comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer nights. After long days exploring Venice, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. If we return to Venice, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Charming hotel, wonderful people, and an ideal location.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—it’s hard to beat. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the kindness and hospitality of every member of the staff. During our stay, my child celebrated a birthday, and the breakfast team surprised us with a birthday cake and even sang Happy Birthday. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made my child’s day incredibly special. We were genuinely touched by their kindness and attention to detail. Thank you for making our family feel so welcome and creating such a wonderful memory for us. If we ever come back to Venice, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Until next time, Ciao!!
This hotel is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. The best part of our stay was the exceptional customer service. From day one, Francesca and Elena made us feel welcome and took great care of us. Throughout the rest of our stay, Emmanuele was outstanding—always kind, patient, and attentive to our needs. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Antiche Figure. The location could not have been more convenient—just steps from the Santa Lucia train station while still feeling charming and authentically Venetian. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, and our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. After long days exploring Venice, it was the perfect place to return to. We would absolutely stay here again.
