Exactly as we expected, room booked was described as small which was fair but a great shower, larger than most in Europe. The stand-up was the concierge service, I accidentally booked a month after our intended visit and in spite of being fully booked they managed to reshuffle rooms to help us and even accommodated our bookin.com payment. Thanks so much Tudor and your supervisor.
This hotel is truly all about location, location, location. It’s extremely close to the grand Canal and only about a 5 minute walk from the train station which made arriving and leaving Venice with luggage so easy. Tip: if you can’t carry your suitcase across the bridge, there are porters standing by that will haul your luggage for €10. The hotel is older and the room is dated, but the air conditioning ran wonderfully cold, the breakfast every morning was plentiful and the staff were consistently kind and welcoming. Since Venice is a city where you walk everywhere, staying somewhere so convenient made the trip enjoyable. I would stay here again for the unbeatable location and cold air conditioning.
I really enjoyed my night in this hotel! Spacious room with A/C, nice decor. It was close to the train station and still walkable to the main attractions. It’s nice and quiet at night. I felt safe as a solo traveler. It was nice to have luggage drop for traveling around before and after check out.
We were there for 4days with breakfast. The double bed room were good for the price. Everything was clean, and the workers were kind and polite. The breakfast worth the 10€ price, not the biggest buffet breakfast but it included everything a normal person wants. The only strange thing was a strange mechanical noise from outside, but with closed windows we couldnt hear anymore. Still a great hotel in general.
