A beautifully renovated building that is perfectly located - easily reached by vaporetto (1 @ San Silvestro) and steps from a traghetto station to cross the Grand Canal. Also a short walk to the Rialto bridge and market. A perfect base - getting around Venice is easy. Our room was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. Big, comfortable beds. AC and floor fan provided. Small refrigerator and kettle in room. TV with Netflix available. The best part are Elena and Cristina who are so lovely, welcoming and helpful. They are happy to assist where they can and make the stay easier and enjoyable. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly.
We had the best experience at this boutique hotel. Felt like we were with family. Cristine and Elena, mother and daughter; paid attention to all the details. We had a very nice clean room. The bathroom was very clean too. Cristine gave us good recommendations for hotels and things to see in Venice. Best part was that they were constantly in touch with us, providing instructions to get there, scheduled reservations to really good restaurants, arranged water taxi for us and even helped us with our luggage. Elena even called us to make sure we made it safely to Milan after we left Venice. Fantastic experience.
We had the most amazing stay at this apartment. The room was spotless and the location is perfect for exploring Venice. Our host Cristina couldn't have been more helpful. She helped us to plan our stay, gave restaurant recommendations and arranged the booking of these for us. I will be highly recommending this apartment to anyone looking to visit Venice.
The whole apartment was wonderful. Everything is very clean and tidy. Location is excellent, walking distance to Rialto Bridge. Hospitality is perfect! Mrs. Cristina is very friendly, makes you feel at home :) Also she was like a tour guide, showing us everything there was to do in the city and was very helpful. If I ever come to Venice again, I would definitely choose to stay here.
The staff is friendly. They gave us guidance on what to visit in Venice and recommendations for restaurants. The room is cozy with a comfortable bed. The location is great—only a 10-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. Nearby there are places for breakfast as well as restaurants. There is also a convenient stop where you can take a boat to the train station for €9.50. I gave 4 stars and not 5 only because the heating is central, and you have to message the staff, who control it remotely.
