We had the most amazing honeymoon stay at the Santa Croce Boutique Hotel. We were greeted and looked after by the wonderful Matteo for the duration of our stay, who gave us lots of recommendations and advice for our adventures in Venice. The hotel itself is located so beautifully in a quiet district of Venice, while still being only a stones throw away from the big sites. We both agreed that we have never walked into a hotel that smelt so good. It was always such a welcoming sensory experience to walk in after a busy day of site seeing. The room was comfortable and spotless and the continental breakfast was everything and more (the perfect way to start the morning!). On our final night we were looked after by bartender Elia and we enjoyed cocktails and reminisced on our trip. We will definitely stay here in future when we come back and would recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city.
We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Santa Croce Boutique Hotel. Even though our English is not very good, the staff always did their best to help us. We would especially like to thank the wonderful lady at the reception for her kindness, patience, and warm hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. All the hotel staff were friendly and professional. It was a fantastic experience for me and my family, and we would be delighted to stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This lovely hotel came highly recommended and it completely lived up to its hype - and more. The location was perfect. Just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city to offer a respite but still within easy walking distance of the action. Front desk staff was super helpful with terrific restaurant recommendations, directions and advice. Al fresco patio for late afternoon cocktails was a welcome treat. All and all, a wonderful hotel. Highly recommend
Best drinks in Venice! The cocktails were incredible, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived. Elia was our bartender, and he truly made the experience exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable about both the local area and the drink menu, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the evening. His recommendations were spot on, and his service went above and beyond. We would absolutely come back again just for him!
How perfect is this hotel?!!! Wonderfully perfect. The 20 person staff are all personable and caring. Special shoutout to our breakfast host, Ana Harrison who made every wake-up meal feel like we were in someone’s home. Great water pressure. Great rooms. Comfortable beds wonderful location. Best boutique and mid priced jewel Bravo to the owners who built this in 2018 with so much attention to detail- they even designed their own logo
