Tours can be arranged on different days within this period. PLEASE NOTE From November 24 to December 4, the Prisons Palace will be closed. To enjoy the Grand Canal audioguide, you will need a Line 1 vaporetto ticket (not included in the pass). The Grand Canal tour can be experienced in both directions, either from Piazzale Roma or San Zaccaria. Line 1 runs every 10 min, and tickets can be purchased at any time at the official ticket office or from the ticket machines at Piazzale Roma and San Zaccaria stops.
