Description
Experience an authentic Venetian cooking class in the colorful home of Rosa, located on the enchanting island of Giudecca. Prepare a traditional meal with the help of your host and enjoy it together with your group. Upon arrival, be greeted with a glass of Prosecco and a warm smile. Put on your apron and, under the expert guidance of Rosa, prepare fresh homemade pasta, such as spaghetti, fettuccine, gnocchi, or ravioli, with fresh tomato sauce or other variants of your choice. Make 'Rosa's Rainbow,' a unique dish of baked fruit and vegetables, an original creation of Rosa. Prepare traditional Tiramisu from Treviso, in a personal jar. During the lesson, enjoy unlimited wine and water, creating a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. At the end of the class, receive a PDF with all the recipes to replicate the dishes at home.Includes
