• The voucher for the Doge’s Palace will be sent to your WhatsApp and email 24 hours before the activity starts. Please note: (Only for Doge's Palace) The voucher is not valid for entry. You must exchange the Doge’s Palace voucher at the ticket office to receive your final tickets. Headphones required – please bring your own. Dress code for St. Mark’s Basilica: Shoulders and knees must be covered to enter the church. Museo Correr and other museums are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM). Even for visits with audio guides, entry on your own is not allowed. Please make sure to find our coordinator at the meeting point — the Clock Tower — at least 10 minutes before your scheduled visit time. The coordinator will be holding a blue flag with Doooing Experience written on it. This is essential to allow enough time for check-ins. Audio guide requires iOS 16.4 or later (or Android equivalent) to download and use the app.
