The route may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and canal traffic. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Maximum capacity: 5 people per gondola. The audio guide is provided via smartphone. In case of bad weather or high tide, the gondolier may adjust or delay the ride for safety reasons. In the event that the gondola ride is cancelled or significantly delayed or modified due to adverse weather conditions or exceptionally high tides, a full refund will be provided to our guests.
