This establishment boasts an excellent, highly central location, situated in close proximity to the iconic Rialto Bridge. The room itself is impeccably clean and remarkably practical. The "invisible" host even thoughtfully provided a fan upon request, a welcome gesture given the heat, as Venetian government regulations apparently prohibit offering air conditioning before April 18th. Breakfast is conveniently delivered directly to the room. Guests should be aware that a code is required for entry into the main door upon arrival. Therefore, it is advisable to contact the host prior to your flight, rather than expecting an in-person welcome or immediate room key access. Your room key will be secured within a key safe. After verifying your identity via the WhatsApp number provided on the desk, the host will supply you with a code for the key safe, allowing you to retrieve the keys for both your reserved room and the main entrance....and by the way one of the cleanest kettle I have ever seen in the hotels... And also can get bit noisy in the nights people walking adjacent street as our bed room was right next to it...
