Very good location and kind housekeeper. The bathroom was very clean. But there is no elevator inside the hotel, which makes difficult to carry big luggage into room. Also it was inconvenient that there was no reception counter in the hotel. We had a hard time having communication without the reception. The other things were just fine.
A very nice hotel in a prime location and walking distance to Piazza San Marco. The room is modern, renovated, and comfortable — I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely revisit. Things to note: 1) Like most Venice accommodations, there is no elevator, so it’s best to travel light (or use one of the city’s luggage storage services). 2) Check-in is self-service. You’ll receive a keypass after ID verification — simply use the controller beside the front door to call management or enter your keypass code. 3) The city tax is paid at checkout by leaving the cash in the room. While a bank transfer might be possible, it’s easier to have cash prepared in advance. You check out by simply leaving the room.
Just perfect. A great location, view of the canal, and a fully renovated bedroom/bathroom. We were greeted with a bottle of prosecco. What a great surprise. We really enjoyed our stay.
