What a wonderful experience👏🏾 The hotel had its own “red-carpet” bridge for entrance! Literally!! The whole place is like a little museum of it own, frozen in time from the 1600”. Our room (301) was tiny but magical, my wife loved it and called it “the hobbit room”😊 It is the stuffs puts the cherry on top. Marco and his colleagues in breakfast went their extra miles to made us feel welcomed. (Let him do your eggs his way)😊 Over all, we recommend this hotel, especially if are a couple with a few days.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had room number 10, which is just inside the main gates on the left. So it wasn't actually inside the main part of the hotel, but we actually liked that. It was very clean and well presented. Hanging space with a safe, huge mirror and big tv on the wall. Air-conditioning also in room. Location isn't bad, just a short walk from Sant' Angelo waterbus stop. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor (there is a lift if needed), and was superb, with a great selection. Would definitely stay here again.

Our two-night stay was far too short for this incredible hotel, but it was easily long enough to make it one of our absolute favorites. The Keller Palace Hotel is simply amazing in every way possible. To begin, the location is perfect—centrally located in Venice and highly walkable to major points of interest, bars, cafes, and restaurants. However, because it is tucked away, it offers a remarkably quiet and relaxing atmosphere, especially out on the outdoor patio. The building itself is a centuries-old palace beautifully renovated to blend historical roots with modern design. From the rooms to the common areas, the entire property is absolutely stunning. As a major bonus, the air conditioning works exceptionally well, which was incredibly welcome during a stretch of unseasonably warm weather. The included breakfast was a bountiful spread of pastries, cheeses, fruits, eggs, and breakfast meats, alongside juices, mimosas, and espresso drinks. We also loved the on-site bar, the Lord Byron. It features gorgeous decor, and the bartenders mixed up some of the best cocktails and spritzes of our entire trip. Enjoying a drink on the patio was the perfect way to recharge after a day of sightseeing. Beyond the remarkable property, the customer experience provided by the staff was stellar. They were highly knowledgeable when helping us navigate morning transportation options to the airport and graciously assisted with random requests, like lending us a luggage scale. They went well beyond expectations on our last morning: since our flight departed before breakfast service, they prepared boxed breakfasts for us, ensured our airport transit arrived on time, and even carried our luggage all the way to the water dock. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't even consider looking at another hotel the next time we visit Venice!

Beautiful hotel, full of character & soul! Absolutely loved this little retreat in a quiet (arty) part of town, great square nearby with restaurants & the walk to St Marks square gives you a real taste of Venice. The rooms are excellent, quiet, well appointed, gorgeous bathroom. We felt very lucky to have a loft room, so architecturally we really appreciated our little haven. Staff were excellent, helpful, sincere & kind. Only a few minutes from the Grand Canal vaporetto stop & a lovely walk through the square once again to see the other bridges. Rialto bridge is only 10-15minutes walk, so excellent location. if we return to Venice, we would stay here again. Worthy of its high ratings.

This is a beautiful, intimate hotel in a great location. Our room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and exceptionally quiet (we never heard another person at all from the room). Very nice linens and attention to details to make the room feel luxurious. The breakfast was good (croissant selection, eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, vegetables, juices, espresso coffee drinks, etc.) and served in a large, beautiful room. The staff was friendly. The hotel was in a good centra location, so we were able to walk where we wanted to go from here. On the first and last days, we were able to take a water bus to within a few blocks of the hotel and then walk from the stop. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
