Gorgeous hotel in the heart of the Venice with a beautiful balcony and big rooms. Rich breakfast, delicious coffee and excellent service. I will certainly come back 😊👌
This hotel was right in the heart of the city with gondola pickups right outside the front floor. Service is great. The hotel rooms are beautiful. The only problem we had is we didn’t have enough room as we were promised for our large group.
Positive: Beautiful building, a former palace, with a very warm atmosphere and excellent staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Marcela, who helped me whenever I needed assistance. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area, with a large square in front and close to major tourist attractions. The rooms were always clean and well maintained. Negative: In 2026, it is unacceptable that the TV cannot connect to the internet and therefore cannot be used for streaming services like Netflix. As a tourist, watching local Italian TV is not useful if you don’t understand the language, and after a long day you want to relax and watch a movie, which was not possible. I was told that other guests had complained about this issue as well, but nothing seemed to be done. Another negative point was the noise from the bathroom pipes at night, which was disturbing when trying to sleep and relax. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, with more savory options rather than mostly sweet ones. Some of the items also did not seem very fresh. Overall, I have a positive impression of the hotel, but a few small improvements could be made to make the experience even better. Small details, but very helpful for the guests.
