We had a wonderful stay here. We utilized Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts and they recognized it and offered all benefits to the program. This hotel is genuinely spectacular. The property and staff are exactly what you would expect of a hotel of this caliber. They are part of the Leading Hotels of the World group and it shows. Breakfast is à la carte and has items that would suit any culture. If you asked I’m sure they could make you anything. The rooms are comfortable, finely decorated, and most importantly, air conditioned between 65f(18c)and 72f(22c). We visited during a heat wave and having a cooled room and hotel lobby was greatly appreciated. The hotel is centrally located to essentially every part of the city, and has a vaporetto (city boat-bus)stop that is about 2 minutes away. Even though it is close to the stop it is in a quiet area. It is nice to be able to come back to a peaceful and secluded spot at the end of the day. We highly recommend it if you are visiting Venice and are looking for a luxury stay.
This place had the best service of any hotel or service related business I have interacted with. They preemptively help with things without you asking, they’re incredibly responsive, and they raised the bar for future stays at other hotels. The interior is gorgeous, the lobby feels palatial, the food is excellent, and I could not have imagined a more perfect place to spend the first leg of my honeymoon. Definitely worth the price. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It is also incredibly close to one of the boat transport stops here in Venice which makes it even more desirable to stay here. This place is absolutely amazing! It’s incredibly luxurious and incredibly welcoming. The team is fantastic—refreshing, accommodating, and very helpful. I want to specifically mention Giacomo, the concierge. He’s an absolute lifesaver and can arrange anything you need. The offered trips are a bit pricey, but they’re definitely worth it. If you’re considering this place, it’s definitely worth checking out. This Hotel truly excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere, from the moment you arrive until you bid farewell ❤️
I cannot speak highly enough about this property and the level of service we experienced throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond even weeks prior to our arrival, providing thoughtful recommendations, assisting with costume rentals, coordinating transportation, and advising on appropriate attire for the event we were attending. They also arranged a special Valentine’s Day touch by placing roses in our room, which was a wonderful surprise. The service was truly exceptional and among the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. Having stayed at numerous five star properties globally, I can confidently say the attention to detail and consistency of service here was impeccable. We were upgraded to a canal facing room with high ceilings, a beautiful bathroom, and premium amenities throughout. Champagne was waiting for us upon arrival, and the staff greeted us personally at the dock, which set the tone for the entire stay. We dined at the hotel restaurant one evening, and the service there was equally outstanding. The wait staff was extraordinarily attentive and professional, delivering what was easily the best dining service I have experienced. The property and guest room were immaculate upon check in, and the concierge team provided ongoing support via WhatsApp, making themselves available at any time for questions or assistance. The general manager personally asked for feedback and invited any criticism, and even as someone who is typically very detail oriented, I could not identify a single area for improvement. Of the three five star hotels we stayed at during our time in Italy, this property was by far the standout and exceeded expectations in every way.
