Delicious food, a variety of clearly labelled vegan and vegetarian options, amazing atmosphere with live jazz music, seats right by the water with a beautiful sunset view. I highly recommend this place!
This was probably the best meal we had in Venice at a reasonable price (for Venice standards). Service was a bit slow but friendly and unpretentious and the two dishes we ordered, marinated cockerel and pork shank, were delicious and well presented. The side salad was excellent as well. We had our dinner outside, next to the canal. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we weren’t eaten alive by mosquitos - but do use your mosquito repellent! As we were leaving, the jazz band had started playing inside and it looked really cool. We would happily go back to Laguna Libre for the food, the atmosphere and the live music.
The cutest waiter and fresh pasta! You can really tell that they use fresh ingredients. Highly recommended! (Vegan options as well)
Simply superb from the moment we walked in we were looked after graciously with warmth and care. The wine served was delicious and food choices typical of Venice. It offers both intimate restaurant setting inside and out as well as an atmospheric and very chill room with a superb jazz septet with guesting musicians playing very good trad as well as some classics well performed with vocalists with superb range and feel. Our evening there with food, great atmosphere, excellent service, vibe and accomplished jazz is up there with the best I've ever had.
