A fantastic experience. The wait staff was so professional and so attentive. The food was delightful. The wine pairings were careful selected and tastefully presented. I would love to have that experience again. I will be back!

We went to Rome, Florence and Venice and ate at a lot of different restaurants. This place was our favorite. I was hesitant with it being a restaurant in a hotel as my experiences with those haven’t been great but this was different. Great service, presentation and taste of the food. Highly recommend. For reference we split one of the pasta dishes so the photo shows half of a serving for that dish

My husband and I ate Christmas dinner at Alle Corone and it was excellent. It was a 7 course set menu, but the kitchen started the meal with 3 beautiful amuse bouches. Every dish that came out was delicious. The entire experience was wonderful - especially the service. Our server was kind enough to explain which wine to pair with the dessert courses and was so attentive throughout the meal. It was a highlight of our two week trip to Italy!!

We got the 8 course menu (which turned out to be more of an 11-course meal with the small extras added by the chef) and it was a great time. Service was great, even switching out (at a moment's notice!) a dish my wife was unsure about due to her dislike of cucumbers. Especially the ravioli, steak, spaghetti and calamari were the highlights of our evening. Got some mocktails as well which were very good. Will certainly come again next time we're in Venice. Very reasonably priced for the full experience. The full meal service took about 3 hours.
