Thank you Guide Michelin app for suggesting this gem of a restaurant. Loved everything about it - creative menu, variety of options, nice friendly vibe, clean toilette, lovely staff, able to people watch, and colorful surroundings. I selected the two entree plus dessert set menu for 50 euros. Gorgeous presentations to match the incredible flavors. Definitely a great find. Although I did not elect to drink alcohol at noon, the selection was extensive. What brought the experience all together was my server Chiara. She answered all questions and delivered with a graceful sincere smile. Highly recommended!

This comfortable restaurant is the work of Muranesi brothers Alberto (chef) and Dario (sommelier). Smart without being formal, it has a great vibe and beautiful glassware by young Murano artisans. It's quiet enough that you can relax and converse with good space between tables. There’s a strong wine focus and friendly staff who really know their stuff. Food moves between land and sea, including some great goat dishes like superb reginette pasta with hand-cut kid ragù and spring peas, which was plate-lickingly good. Brioche French toast with battuta, spring onion emulsion and strawberry BBQ sauce was excellent too.

A beautiful find with more elevated cuisine and serious wines. The restaurant was so comfortable with a well tended to room. The team couldn’t have been more accommodating for my mother-in-law who required a wheelchair. The staff (Francesco) was so tentative and the whole team were incredibly precise - the best service we’d had in Venice. The food - I had the sardines to start with which looked like beautiful mosaics. They were served inventively with kiwi which was surprising a great blend. I also had the off-menu wild bird lasagna which was exceptional. Another guest talked about this lasagna for days 🤤 I would say the only dish that was a let down was the Calamarata with anchovies and sardines. Unfortunately the sauce was very thin and hardly coated the pasta. The sauce that did adhere lacked the flavour of anchovies and had very few sardines on the dish where they could have added some much needed contrast. Wine - Francesco helped us choose wines for the meal that were appropriate. It’s a very extensive list, so the assistance was needed to navigate their very full wine offerings. I’d return and certainly recommend d Estro.
