We had a truly wonderful experience at this restaurant in Venice. It was the best we’ve ever been to. The gorgeous garden outside was stunning and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Andre, our waiter, was particularly exceptional. Highly recommend!
Incredible authentic Italian food that is Gluten Free. Yes the entire menu is Gluten Free! Andre was wonderful as he guided us to the menu and was patient with our many questions and advice. I had Ravioli for the first time and it was seriously life changing! If you are looking for gluten free options in Venice this is a must! Highly recommend 11/10!
Hidden behind the narrow lanes of Venice is a charming vine-covered courtyard restaurant. Dining beneath clusters of ripening grapes, surrounded by rustic Venetian buildings and softly glowing lanterns, creates a wonderfully relaxed and romantic atmosphere. What made the evening even more memorable was the hospitality extended by Erwin, the manager. With great enthusiasm, he took the time to explain the restaurant’s culinary philosophy, emphasising that authentic Italian cuisine is rooted in simplicity, seasonal ingredients, and respect for tradition. His detailed insights into the dishes allowed us to appreciate not only the flavours but also the heritage and craftsmanship behind them. The grilled octopus was tender with a beautiful char, the seafood pasta highlighted the freshness and natural sweetness of the seafood, while the spinach ravioli delivered comforting and delicate Italian flavours. Equally impressive was the attentive service provided by Yeasin. Warm, courteous, and professional throughout the evening, he ensured every detail was looked after without ever being intrusive. His friendly demeanour and genuine attentiveness added a personal touch that made us feel truly welcome. Good food, authentic surroundings, knowledgeable hospitality from Erwin, and impeccable service from Yeasin combined to create an experience that was far more than just a meal. It was a memorable Venetian dining experience.
Great service by Ado and delicious Venetian cuisine. We loved the seafood pasta and the squid ink cuttlefish corn porridge was really interesting. The calamari was super tender as well. Highly recommended
What a vibe. Came here on a whim and it was our best meal in Venice. The artichoke was decadent and a play of rich flavors balanced by a bright sauce, the beef melted in your mouth, the truffle pasta was perfectly balanced (most places overdo the truffle), and the cheesecake was light and not overly sweet. Everything was incredible and well presented. Also surprisingly affordable for how high quality the food was. The patio is absolutely beautiful. A must in Venice.
