I stopped by late at night and were greeted by a truly beautiful view. The mussels starter was good, and the torta della nonna was a delicious highlight to finish the meal. Unfortunately, the main course—the recommended €42 branzino with mashed potatoes and mushrooms was disappointing. At that price point, it is expected higher-quality, fresher ingredients and a more memorable dish, but it tasted very try standard or even bland. We were also surprised to be charged both the standard coperto and an additional 12% service fee. Given that the late-night service was only average, the extra charge felt excessive. With a few improvements to the quality of the food and more transparent billing, the experience would better reflect the prices. As it stands, it feels like you're paying more for the location than for the dining experience. This seems a Tourist Trap.

I enjoyed the fruta de mar and it was loaded with tasty seafood. My only wish would be more sauce! The service was amazing. I received recommendations on the menu and enjoyed a nice chat with my server Massimo! The location was perfect and it was fun to watch the people pass by on their traveling journey. Definitely stop in and ask for Massimo… he will treat you like familia!

Massimo and his team run a fantastic service. Dont be too scared of eating under the rialto bridge as i assure you the price is justified. It was a great experience.

We stopped by Caffè Saraceno during our visit to Venice. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is nice, making it a good place to take a break while exploring the city. The food and drinks were decent, but they didn’t quite meet our expectations for the price. One thing that affected our experience was that the service felt a bit rushed. It seemed like the waitstaff wanted customers to finish their meals quickly so they could accommodate the next guests. We would have appreciated a more relaxed dining experience. Overall, it was an average visit. While it wasn’t a bad experience, there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in making guests feel more comfortable and not hurried during their meal.

The restaurant has a spacious and relaxing atmosphere, especially the seating area by the river, which offers a beautiful view. The food was delicious, and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. We were served by Ari, who was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit. His excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
