Local Trails Worth Trying

If you want a little insider tip, try the walk from the western end of Lido at Alberoni all the way down to the southern dunes. It’s an easy 5-6 kilometer stretch with pine forests on one side and the lagoon on the other. I usually start there early, grab a coffee at one of the pasticcerias in the village, then get lost on the trails around the dunes.

Bring a camera , the light in the early morning there is something special. And if you keep your eyes open, you might spot some herons or even a flamingo if you’re lucky.
