Agli Alboretti Venice Restaurant
Venice
Reseñas
We arrived late on a warm Monday evening in July, shortly after 9pm. It was quiet, elegant, and a perfect end to the day. Agli Alboretti was recommended as an authentic spot with a seasonal menu and outstanding traditional cuisine; highlighted in particular for it's chef's risotto. The spaghetti al nero did not disappoint and was a superb example of this traditional Italian dish. Perfect for anyone wanting to try cuttlefish ink infused pasta for the first time! My partner enjoyed Gnocchi with a veal ragu stating it was the best meal she had whilst in Venice. She loved it so much that she left an empty plate which is very rare indeed! For anyone conscious of avoiding tourist traps and seeking something truly Venetian, give this place a try!
Wonderful family restaurant with delicious food, very friendly service, and an amazing cozy courtyard. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing — the perfect place to escape the noise and enjoy a quiet dinner in Venice. One of the most charming spots we visited!
Went here in March 2026, the food was good at the start, I had a nice grilled octopus. But then the mains came, and I didn’t like them quite as much. The service was a bit slower at the start, but then more waiters came, and it became much faster. Great location overall but the food did lack a bit.
The food was amazing! We ordered the octopus antipasti, it was glorious. Then a spaghetti with clams and a tuna dish. And the dessert was a mango gelato, I love mango so it really was perfect. Super recommended. Thank you!
Seafood, wine and deserts 10/10. My favourite: Grilled Octopus on Cream of Potatoes (Piovra grigliata su Crema di Patate) Thanks to all people who work in this restaurant! The atmosphere is amazing 🤍✨
