Everything was perfect. We ordered the grilled octopus for appetizer, and then the seafood spaghetti and black squid ink tagliatelle for our main course. Dad had a local draft beer, mom had a ginger ale and I opted for a limoncello spritz. In this hot July weather, it was all so good. For dessert, of course we had to share a tiramisu. Yummy. Service was attentive and friendly. They gave us limoncello shots at the end. Perfetto!!
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere. Billy our server was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel great! The food was delicious, best scallops I have ever had, and even better Black Sea Bass. My partner and I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend this restaurant for sure, you cannot go wrong. We finished the night with the tiramisu and ricotta cheesecake and both were beyond delicious. My partner also loved her gnocchi. Again, massive props to our server Billy, he did a great job and was extremely personable. This ended our last night in Venice and I wouldn't have traded it for anything!
I updated my review after 3 of our party of 14 got food poisoning after our meals. The restaurant needs to have proper food controls in place!!! I appreciate the prompt reply to my review. I stand by my review as both my husband and I shared the bruschetta and were both extremely ill within approximately 5 hours. The other diner in our group had prawns. I did not return to have a discussion about this, perhaps another member of our group took that initiative. Excellent dining experience with a wonderful canal view. Bruschetta was delicious as was the tagliatelle Nero and the pasta carbonara. Service was attentive.
This restaurant is super nice. The pasta is very tasty! The seafood pasta has lots of seafood and isn't too salty; I'm sure Japanese people will like it. But the Bottarga pasta is even tastier. I have eaten it in Japan before, but this restaurant is amazing. I highly recommend it. Also, the staff are very nice and polite. Very comfortable
Interior is so intimate and felt like fine dining with a relaxing atmosphere. The food here is absolutely divine. The meat is exquisite. Service impecable, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Best food we have had in Venice/ in Europe. If we could 11 stars !!!
