An elegant restaurant in a distinctive Italian style. Venetian Murano glass glasses add to the charm. The food is exquisite: various types of pasta, and upon request, they can swap the pasta for your favorite.
Had the squid ink pasta (spaghetti al nero Di sepia) and the Liver with Polenta (fegato alla venezia con polenta). The pasta was okay but as you can tell by the picture, not evenly coated. Some parts were well seasoned, some parts were a little dry. The liver was good. We also had tiramisu that came in a little bowl that was quite nice. The service was mixed.. The waiter was very friendly and also helpful. But we noticed that every table other than us had bread at their tables except us and there seemed to be a shortage of waiters because it was hard to get one's attention Overall it was a nice experience, the atmosphere was comfy and cozy, just that the food left something to be desired.
We are so grateful to have stumbled upon this ristorante while we were wandering around. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service has been the best thus far. The entrees were so good I forgot to take pictures of them! I’m blanking on the name of our server but he took amazing care of us. He was so attentive and friendly!! We hope to be back soon. Absolute phenomenal meal!!! Really affordable.. every course is delicious. The coffee here is very fragrant… usually I hate coffee but I liked it here Beautiful garden and attentive staff.. worthy a second visit!
What a gem! We research the trattoria before visiting Venice and it was even better than we imagine. Very friendly and accommodating staff and the food was amazing. We had mussels and spaghetti carbonara as first courses and then shared a prosciutto and mushroom pizza. The pizza has been one of the best, from the dough to the fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. Also shared half a litter of the house red wine, everything for about 60€. Great atmosphere, enjoyed eating indoors, the garden look a great place for the venting but it was a bit cold. Thank you for a great experience and food comma!
