Really great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything felt well put together from the moment we arrived. Aymen deserves a special shoutout for his excellent service. He was attentive, polite, and genuinely made the meal better with how professional and friendly he was. He checked on us at the right times, handled everything smoothly, and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. The food was solid, but the service is what really stood out and made this place memorable. I’d definitely recommend coming here, especially if you want good food and service that actually feels personal.
A must visit!! This place has a Michelin restaurant vibe for both its food quality and the atmosphere!! I love how the wine glasses have their logo on there and each waiter’s tie has the logo on there, too! You can tell they spend a lot of time making sure the quality of this restaurant is beyond exceptional. The decors are pleasant and full of Italian and Venetian vibes. Conveniently located in the center of Campo Santo Stefano, great location to enjoy a meal day and night. And you will be amazed by how great the food is - not only the presentation but also the taste of it! Let’s put it this way: It is the highlight of our stay at Venice!
Love love love the Ravioli! I visited Guna in 2023 and spoke to everyone about how it is the best ravioli I’d ever eaten. I dreamt of having ravioli nearly as good for 3 years. Told my partner this Europe trip we needed to go to Venice so he could try it. Dinner was amazing! We ordered the scallops, the ravioli, the duck, a wine, cheesecake and tiramisu. Cannot commend the chef enough! However interactions with one of the waiters left me feeling uneasy. He was the first wait staff member we interacted with (he wore glasses). He originally was friendly but this changed when my partner voiced that he didn’t want wine. I was trying to explain to him that I visited 3 years ago and loved this place and their ravioli and the waiter didn’t even acknowledge my compliments to the restaurant. There was no response - I felt completely ignored. He seemed fixated on the man welcoming customers at the front of the restaurant. His service and interactions with other customers were fun, interactive and a complete different level to what we received. he didn’t seem to like us and avoided us post my partner declining wine. Not sure why or what we did. But it left me upset watching him serving others warmly and character and then not coming back anywhere near us. We seemed to witness him and the staff member who was at the front welcoming customers have a dispute which a manager (who provided friendly good service) tried to resolve throughout our meal, not sure but definitely felt like a tense uneasy environment. The food was beautiful full of flavour. It was extremely hot. There were approximately 6 large fans and unfortunately a table of people came mid way through our meal and complained of the heat so without even thinking the fan behind my Partner who was dressed nicely in a long sleeve dress shirt was taken by waitstaff. I spoke up and asked for a fan to be pointed his way and the staff adjusted another fan for us. Overall will return for the delicious food but will say something to the waiter if treated coldly and rudely again. As a nurse - I respect everyone’s cultures, choices and beliefs and won’t accept people being rude to my partner who doesn’t drink.
Fantastic evening! Aymen was fantastic, perfect level of service. The food was so delicious, the bistecca Fiorentina is a must have. The atmosphere was excellent and we enjoyed every bit of it. Our friends come here multiple times a year and always enjoy every time.
My partner and I went. I am vegetarian and he is vegan. It was great that they could accommodate a vegan guest even though they did not have a vegan dish on menu! The food was the best we had in Venice, and beautifully presented. Only one star on service lost as the initial waiter who greeted us wasn’t super friendly at first. Nonetheless, we would recommend
