Santo Mare was one of the best dining experiences we had in Venice. The food was absolutely spectacular. Every dish exceeded our expectations and showcased the outstanding quality of the ingredients. The service from the entire team was excellent. A very special thank you to Brendi, whose service was truly exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made our evening even more memorable. If you’re looking for outstanding seafood and impeccable service in Venice, Santo Mare is a must-visit.
Spectacular restaurant in an iconic Venice location. One of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. Outstanding seafood, impeccable service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I asked the staff if I could clean my own fish, and they happily let me; it was a blast! Very well done Santo Mare!
Was very delicious;) one of best places for tasty food , very cool. I ve decided to come every day to taste all seafood)) wife was very happy. Oysters was so cool with champagne))) tuna was very delicious!!!
I knew it was going to be an expensive but, actually, I think it was overpriced rather than expensive. At the end, I also ended full with the dessert which I did not enjoy it. I wish they had small dessert instead. To be fair, they offered different types of bread with olive oil and a small (and very nice) limoncello with cantucini at the end.
We had lunch at Santo Mare with a group of colleagues and we had a blast! The food was simply perfect, enjoyed every bite of it. I'm a pasta lover and both the Gnocchetti and Spaghetti with clams were superb, nicely cooked and flavoured with fresh products. Massive recommendation: order the Pistacchio gelato. Is prepared from scratch and the smoothness left us speechless. The staff was also incredible, guiding us and enriching our experience through culinary anecdotes backing centuries. As an Italian that lived abroad half of his life I felt at home! (I could have made better pictures but I don't like to have my food sitting there for too long)
