This place is less than a hundred places from the Venice esplanade but it might as well be on a different planet. It's small, intimate, and so very welcoming. The "tourist trap" vibe so prevalent everywhere in Venice is gone, nowhere to be seen. The service is quick and casual and friendly. The food is glorious. Try the fish baked in a shell of salt, it's amazing.
I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We never felt rushed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for excellent food in a peaceful, relaxed setting.
The atmosphere was very calm, warm, and pleasant. Deserts and drinks were excellent. Our hostess Rajaa did an outstanding job with service. She was readily available and answered all our questions. Would com back again :) Came back for dinner next day. 10/10 again. Rajaa was happy to see us and welcomed either a warm smile. Food was brought out all at the same time, hot, and tasted amazing. We even got some complementary watermelon at the end which was a perfect palette cleanser at the end. Plan to return here next time we visit Venice
After being recommended this gem by both our local tour guide and water taxi driver, we knew we had to visit — and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Every single dish we ordered was outstanding, and the wine selections recommended by Erico on both visits were spot on. The portions were also incredibly generous, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We loved it so much that we had to return again on our last day in Venice. Truly unforgettable — the food was just that good. The photos shared here are from both of our visits.
Best meal on our entire Italy trip, with reasonable prices and attentive service! We shared the raw crudite plate and the grilled fish plate - fresh and delicious. Would love to come again! Reservations recommended - they could not accommodate us on our first day, but we made a reservation for our second day and it was worth the wait.
