We came and requested to sit inside the restaurant but they took us to the garden area at the back. Due to it being an open area, someone was smoking which was irritating as we didn't want that. The person was smoking near the play area. Not a great look. We sat and ordered our food and the waiter (and older gentleman) was very clear and helpful. The menu was quite deceiving, as the fish option were priced at 8 euros but were sold as per gram with no clear information on that. The waiter clarified and we proceeded with our order. The wait was over 40minutes and a bread basket was given to us with no olive oil or vinegar and no salt and pepper. Even when our food came. This was not offered. We needed salt and we took this from another table. The food we ordered was fish and pizza which came about 15mins apart. The fish came first which was lovely, whilst it was lovely it wasn't deboned and it was difficult to eat. The pizza was average. When the bill came it was asked for us to go pay upfront. And the service felt very unprofessional.
We had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. What made the evening even more special was the outstanding service. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He gave great recommendations, made us feel at home, and always had a smile on his face. One of the best service experiences we’ve had in Venice. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. The service was great from start to finish – the waiters were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. As a lovely bonus, we received a complimentary shot from the house with our bill at the end. If you are looking for great food and a perfect atmosphere, don't miss this place!
A very beautiful restaurant in the center of Lido. You can eat on the street side but it is more beautiful and very quiet in the back side. It is very family friendly because they have a playground for the kids. We went there twice and on the lunch time they open the glass ceiling on the backyard and it looks like an outdoor restaurant. The dishes were all a masterpiece. Our favorite were the ones with the seafood. Very tasteful and well prepared. Everything was smelling “sea”. The service was like in a 5 star hotel! They were very attentive and kind. They are taking seriously their job. Real professionals
We had a great experience here and really enjoyed the food. We ordered a cheese pasta and a pizza, and while both were good, the pizza was honestly amazing , easily the highlight. It was so good I wished we had ordered two pizzas instead. The service was very warm and relaxed. Our mojitos came a bit late, but once we reminded the waiter, he handled it quickly and kindly. We had asked for one with less sugar and one regular, but both came regular — still enjoyable overall. 🧾 What we ordered: * Butterflies with cheeses (creamy pasta) * Capricciosa pizza (mushrooms + ham) * 2 mojitos ✅ Loved: * Pizza was heavenly, definitely the standout * Pasta was creamy and satisfying * Friendly, relaxed, and welcoming staff * Overall very enjoyable atmosphere ❌ Didn’t love: * Drinks came a bit late * Sugar preference for mojitos wasn’t followed 💭 Final take: Great food and very warm service, I’d definitely come back, and next time I’m ordering more pizza
