Recommended by our hotel concierge for a special anniversary dinner. Absolutely did not disappoint! Absolutely sublime food and one of the best and most memorable meals we've had in years. We had one of the tasting menus and every course was masterfully crafted, thought-provoking, attention-capturing and unfailingly delicious. Staff were attentive, jovial and friendly. Food was served at the perfect interval and we were never left waiting long between courses. I will remember this experience for a long time.
My wife and I, along with another couple, had dinner at L’Osteria di Santa Marina. It was absolutely amazing. The night before we had dinner at a restaurant with a 4.7 rating… This blew that one out of the water. The service, atmosphere, presentation, and flavors were all exceptional. I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had at our dinner.
Our BEST meal in Italy hands down! We ordered the Earth tasting menu and they allowed substitutions(!) so I had the scallops w goose liver, a truffle risotto, the beef cheek and a decadent chocolate dessert that was like a mousse and ice cream combined - so rich!
Seafood tasting menu was exceptional. Recommended if you are looking for Venetian food with a modern twist which still respects the traditional flavours. Grazie ancora!
Excellent experience, wasn't expecting much of a food scene in Venice, but a friend or a friend who lives there suggested we try it. I'm so glad we did. The food, service everything was exceptional. I knew when the table sat to the right of us said hello to the newly seated table to the right that they were clearly locals and that filled me evern more with confidence. Then the waiter came over and greeted the newly sat table like they were old friends. I knew that not only were locals frequenting the place but returning often. The food was excellent, one of the best meals of our trip. I would highly recommend booking if you wanted to get a table. I would 100% return next time I visit. Can't recommend enough.
