From the moment we entered the cute restaurant Marco made us feel like family. We ordered the Branzino, which has been our favorite meal in Italy to date. We will definitely return when we visit Burano in the future. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and they make you feel like family.
To be honest, the restaurant is nothing special. But the service is so slow that I had to wait for 15 min before they told me that I needed to wait another 10 min for a small table as I am alone (the other tables are for 4). Then, I waited more than 30 minutes after ordering. The blue crab gnocchi was so so. The amount of crab and tomato was tiny that doesn’t worth the price and waiting time. When I urged to check because I need to catch the ferry to leave the island, they let me wait for another 10 minute, and I had to walk to the cashier to settle my bill. I suggest them improving the efficiency (especially the kitchen) so they can serve more guests on a busy day.

We eat at this restaurant as we thought it would be a good choice, but we were disappointed. The food was of McDonalds quality type and overpriced for what it was. We paid 41.50 euros for the food shown in the picture. Besides, they charged 6 euros for coperto, which seem excessive to me. On the positive side, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and decoration.
Great atmosphere, good selection of dishes. Service was excellent, and the chef complimented me. The baked sea bass with vegetables was a perfect portion for two.
