we LOVED the seafood pasta (must try!) and quattro formaggi!!! very worth the price and quality of food, we went here for two nights straight and will definitely come back should we be in venice again. our server, Florian, was topnotch. ❤️❤️
Absolutely beautiful food. The steak was cooked as it should be with a lovely side salad and plenty of parmesan. The pasta dish was also beautiful and in the top dishes of our trip so far. The real stars are the staff - they look after you like it's silver service, and can't help you enough. The prices are also brilliant and much lower than the high value of the food and service. 5 stars all round.
Beautiful place! Loved the experience and ambiance. The service was great and all of the servers were around and willing to help us! The food came out promptly and was really delicious. LOVED the tiramisu. And they gave us Lemoncello to top it all off! Loved our dinner
Had a really great experience at Trattoria San Polo — one of those spots that just hits right when you’re in Venice. We kept it simple but everything was done right. The tomato sauce spaghetti was super clean and flavorful — you can taste the quality in the sauce. Same with the Alfredo pasta, rich without being heavy, just really well balanced. The margarita pizza was a standout — great dough, perfectly baked, and loaded with that fresh, vibrant tomato flavor. You can tell they don’t cut corners with the sauce. Also, the freshly squeezed orange juice? Unreal. Tasted like it was literally squeezed seconds before it got to the table. The cheesecake I wouldn’t recommend, tastes old and dried out. What really makes the place though is the outdoor seating. It’s lively, full of energy, and gives you that real Venice atmosphere — you’re not just eating, you’re in the middle of the experience. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.
We enjoyed this trattoria in Venice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, great portion size, and everything tasted fresh. The chicken was tender, and the pizza had great flavor without feeling heavy. We actually found this place at the end of our trip, and honestly, we would’ve eaten here every day if we’d discovered it sooner. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area. Recommend.
